Snow Removal

• During the winter months we ask that village residents refrain from shoveling snow onto the roadway. Snow that is deposited on the roadway will freeze thus causing ice conditions making it unsafe for motorists and pedestrians.

• After all snowplowing has been completed after a snowstorm by DPW employees it is the property owners responsibility to clear their driveway approaches.

• Village residents should consider covering all bushes and plants that are located by the road's edge to protect them from the salt that will be applied to Village roads during the course of the winter.
